Who we are
Breaking Into Marketing is run by its operator (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@breakingintomarketing.com.
What you’re buying
A place in Breaking Into Marketing Cohort 01: 12 live online sessions between Monday 2 November and Wednesday 9 December, recordings and slides of those sessions, the templates described on the course page, and access to the cohort channel for the six weeks of the cohort. Your place is for you; please don’t share access or recordings.
Payment
We sell the course to you directly. Card payments are processed by Mollie, a payment institution authorised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority; prices are in US dollars unless the checkout says otherwise, and any currency conversion is made by your bank. If you choose the instalment plan, you agree to every instalment; missed instalments may pause your access until paid.
Schedule changes
If we must move a session, we’ll give at least 24 hours’ notice where possible and the recording will be available as usual. If we cancel the cohort, you get a full refund.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
No guaranteed results
This is education. We don’t promise income, revenue, return on ad spend, employment or any other result. Examples shown are illustrative and from specific accounts; your results depend on your business, budget, market and effort. Nothing in the course is financial, legal or tax advice.
Your content and ours
Course materials are ours, licensed to you for your own use and for your own clients’ work. Account data you share in reviews stays yours; we use it only to teach the session and, if recorded, it appears in recordings shared with the cohort. Tell us before a review if anything must be anonymised.
Conduct
Be respectful. We may remove anyone who harasses others or shares cohort material publicly, without a refund.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
